# Customize the Process start page

## The Process start page is the participants’ first introduction to the Process. A clear title, description, and visual content create a better experience from the start.

Every Process has a start page where you can introduce its background and purpose.

### Title

The title should be clear and easy to understand.

A descriptive name helps participants immediately understand what the Process is about.

### Description

Use the description to provide context.

You can, for example, explain:

- The purpose of the Process
- What participants are expected to contribute
- How the results will be used

### Cover image

A cover image makes the Process more visual and personal.

### Display image

The display image helps create recognition and gives the Process a professional appearance.

### Tip

Use your organization’s visual identity to create a more consistent and recognizable participant experience.
