# Use quick buttons to switch between activities

## With quick buttons, you can quickly control which activity a link leads to.

When you work with links, you can use quick functions to change participants' access. The available functions are: Select all activities, Deselect all activities, Previous activity, and Next activity.

### Which quick functions are available?

- Select all activities
- Deselect all activities
- Previous activity
- Next activity

### How do you use Previous and Next activity?

To use these functions, only one activity needs to be selected.

This makes it easy to guide participants step by step through a process.

### What happens when new activities are created?

If you create new activities after the links have already been configured, you need to open each affected link and give it access to the new activities.
