# Work with analysis content

## Reuse analysis content by copying an analysis section with its formatting or as plain text.

An analysis can contain several sections. Use the menu for an analysis section to choose how the content should be used elsewhere.

### Copy section

Choose **Copy section** when you want to copy the content while retaining its formatting.

This option is useful when pasting the content into an application that supports formatted text, such as a document.

### Copy as plain text

Choose **Copy as plain text** when you want to copy the content without formatting.

This is suitable when the content will be used in:

- Chats
- Emails
- Notes
- Text fields where formatting is not required

### Choose the correct copying option

Use **Copy section** when headings and other formatting should be retained.

Use **Copy as plain text** when you only need the written content.

### Review the content before publishing

Always review the analysis before sharing it or using it in external material.

Add organizational context, your own conclusions, or an explanation of how the analysis should be interpreted when needed.

**Tip:**  
Use formatted copying for reports and plain text for quick editing in chats, emails, or working notes.
