# Decide which activities participants should see

## You choose which activities should be available to participants via each link.

### Customize link activities per target group

With link-based activity control, you can control exactly which activities different participants see when they open a link to a process.

A process can contain many activities – but not all participants always need access to all of them.

When you edit a link in the process tool, you can choose exactly which activities the link should lead to.

**Example**

You can have:

- A link for workshop participants
- A link for the project group
- A link for management

All links can point to different activities even though they belong to the same process.

**Benefits**

This makes it possible to:

- Steer participants' journey through the process
- Share different content with different groups
- Simplify the experience for participants

**Tip:**

Always check which activities are connected to the link before you send it out.
