Guide participants through the process with the same link
Vocean's links update in real time. This means you can use the same link throughout the entire process.
Once you've sent out a link, you normally don't need to create a new link for the next step in the process.
If you change which activities are connected to the link, participants' view updates automatically – without them having to do anything.
Example
You start by giving participants access to the Innovate activity.
Once idea collection is complete, you can:
- Remove access to Innovate.
- Give access to Prioritize.
For participants, the new activity will automatically appear via the same link.
