Manage participant links from the overview

The Participants via links section displays the participant links connected to the Workflow.

A participant link can provide access to one or more flows.

Select + in the Participants via links section to create a new link.

After creating the link, choose which flows it should provide access to.

The link card displays information such as:

Select the three-dot menu on the link card.

The menu includes the following options:

Choose which flows the link should provide access to.

Copy the link and share it with participants.

Manage the code that participants can use instead of a direct link.

Open the participant link in a new tab.

Use this option to check how the link and available content are displayed.

Delete the link when it should no longer be used.

After deletion, the link stops working for everyone who has it.

Tip:
Always open the link and check which flows it provides access to before sharing it with participants.
