Activity settings
Customize the activity's content, appearance, and features directly from the top menu.
Under the Activity tab in the top menu, you'll find all settings related to the activity itself.
Presentation
Here you can change:
- Title
- Description
- Image
Settings
Under Settings, you'll find the choices that were made when the activity was created.
Which settings are shown depends on the activity type.
Import contributions
You can import ideas or contributions from other activities to use them further in the process.
End activity
When an activity is ended, participants can no longer submit new responses.
All previous data is saved and remains available.
Restart activity
If the activity has already ended, you have the option to restart it.
NOTE! This resets the activity for a new use.
Delete activity
If the activity is no longer needed, it can be permanently deleted.
Tip:
End activities when collection is complete to make sure the results don't change.
