# Categories

## Organize ideas from an Innovate activity into categories to create structure and make analysis easier.

The category card becomes available when you use categories in your Innovate activity.

Here you get an overview of all categories and the ideas that belong to them.

**Explore categories**

Click a category to open it.

You can have several categories open at the same time.

**Drag and drop ideas**

If an idea is in the wrong category, you can easily move it by dragging and dropping it between categories.

**Select all ideas in a category**

You can also select all ideas within a category.

This is useful when you want to:

- Analyze a category with Vocean AI
- Move the category's ideas to a Prioritize activity
- Continue working with a specific theme

**Tip:**

Categories act as bridges between idea collection, analysis, and prioritization.
