# Link groups to an invitation link

## Link groups to an invitation link to automatically organize new members as soon as they sign up.

When you create an invitation link, you can choose which groups should be linked to it.

### **How it works**

When someone joins via the link, their membership can be automatically linked to the selected groups.

### **Benefits**

**It makes it easier to:**

- Keep the group structure up to date
- Organize users right away
- Avoid manual administrative work

### **Example**

A link for "Marketing team" can automatically add new members to the Marketing group.

**Tip:**
If you often invite people from the same team, linking groups is an effective way to automate onboarding.
