By adding descriptions and relevant documents, the AI can create more accurate analyses, reports, and answers tailored to your operations. Under **Settings** in the left menu, you'll find the **Account** tab. Here you can add information that helps Vocean AI understand the organization's operations, goals, and way of communicating. The more relevant context the AI has access to, the better the conditions for generating analyses, summaries, and suggestions tailored to your particular organization. --- **Describe the organization** In the account settings, you can add a description of the organization. This gives the AI a basic understanding of: - Who you are - What you work with - What your goals are - How you describe your operations A good way to get started is to use content from the organization's: - About us page - Description of operations - Vision and mission - Strategic goals The clearer the description, the better the AI can tailor its responses and analyses. --- **Upload documents and supporting material** You can also upload documents that give the AI more knowledge about the organization. Examples of suitable material are: - Policies - Visions - Strategy documents - Business plans - Marketing plans - Governing documents - Communication guidelines The documents are used as support for the AI when it analyzes material and generates content. **Why upload documents?** When the AI has access to relevant material, it can better understand: - The organization's goals and priorities - Key concepts and areas of work - Internal guidelines and perspectives - How the organization communicates This contributes to more relevant and useful results. --- **How the account settings affect Vocean AI** The information in the account settings is used to give Vocean AI better context. It can help the AI: - Create more tailored reports - Provide more relevant analyses - Write content that fits the organization's operations - Use a tone closer to the organization's way of communicating - Give suggestions better tailored to the organization's goals and context **When should the account settings be updated?** We recommend reviewing the account settings when: - The organization's strategy changes - New governing documents are created - Key business goals are updated - Communication guidelines change This way, you make sure the AI is working with the most up-to-date material possible. --- **Tip:** Feel free to spend a little extra time on the organization's description and uploaded material.
