# Download the report and recap

## Download the complete analysis report or the published participant recap as a single document.

Under **General actions**, you can download two different types of material:

- The full report
- The recap

Choose the document based on whether you need the complete analysis material or the recap prepared for participants.

### Download the full report

Choose **Download the full report** when you want to export all analyses as a single document.

The report can be downloaded as:

- Word
- PDF

The full report is useful when you want to:

- Continue working with the analyses
- Document the activity’s results
- Share analysis material internally
- Archive a collected version of the analyses

### Download the recap

Choose **Download the recap** when you want to export the recap prepared for participants.

The recap can also be downloaded as:

- Word
- PDF

The document contains the selected results and information prepared for participants.

### Which option should I choose?

Choose **the full report** when you need the complete analysis material.

Choose **the recap** when you need the participant-facing summary.

**Tip:**  
Make sure the analyses and recap are complete before downloading the documents. This gives you a more complete basis for continued work.
