The view is particularly useful during workshops, meetings, and other sessions where you want to follow participation together with the group. The Live presentation provides a visual overview of what is happening in a flow. Participant contributions are displayed as cards across the presentation area. A side panel displays a QR code, overall statistics, and statistics for the different steps in the flow. ### Display participant contributions Participant contributions are displayed as individual cards on the presentation screen. The cards can contain different types of information depending on the steps included in the flow. They can, for example, display: - The contribution text - A label showing the related step or area - An indicator for contributions receiving particular attention - A value or rating from a rating step This makes it possible to display both submitted contributions and results from participant interactions in the same view. ### Let more participants join with a QR code The Live presentation side panel displays a QR code with the instruction **Scan to participate**. Participants can open the camera on a mobile device and point it at the QR code to join the flow. The QR code makes it easy for more people to join while the presentation is displayed on a shared screen. ### Monitor participants and interactions The Live presentation displays overall activity statistics. You can see: - Number of participants - Number of interactions The participant count shows how many people are taking part. The interaction count provides an overall indication of activity within the flow. ### View statistics for each step The **Statistics per step** section displays activity for the different parts of the flow. Depending on the steps included, the statistics can show: - Number of contributions in a collection step - Number of ratings in a rating step - Activity connected to different themes or parts of the flow This helps you understand how participation is distributed across the different steps. ### Use presentation mode on a shared screen The Live presentation gives contributions a prominent visual position while keeping the QR code and activity statistics available in the side panel. The view is suitable for: - Workshops - Group dialogues - Conferences - Meetings - Stage presentations - Shared reviews of results ### Adjust the presentation view Controls are available in the upper-right corner of the Live presentation. Use the display control to adjust the presentation to the screen and the close button when you want to leave the Live presentation. ### Before starting the presentation Check that: - The correct flow is displayed - The participant link provides access to the correct flow - The QR code can be scanned from where participants are located - The contributions are appropriate to display to the full group - The screen is large enough for the contribution cards to be readable ### Tip Open the Live presentation on the screen you intend to use and test the QR code before participants join.
