# Select contributions for further analysis

## Select specific ideas to keep working with them in AI analyses or other activities.

The **Everyone's contributions** result card has a selection mode that lets you select specific contributions.

**When is selection mode used?**

You can use selected contributions to:

- Ask Vocean AI about specific ideas
- Import ideas into a Prioritize activity
- Copy ideas to another activity
- Create focused analyses

**Example:**

You can filter by a category, select all ideas in that category, and then let Vocean AI analyze that specific material.

**Tip:**

Selection mode is especially useful in large activities where you want to focus on a subset of the results.
