# Process – The foundation of Vocean

## A Process is the foundation for your work in Vocean. It brings together activities and participants, helping you build the dialogue, workshop, or survey you want to conduct.

In Vocean, a Process serves as a shared space for the activities included in your work.

A Process can be used for:

- Workshops
- Citizen dialogues
- Employee dialogues
- Innovation initiatives
- Surveys
- Change processes

The Process acts as the participants’ start page and helps you create a connected experience from the first invitation to the final report.

### How is a Process structured?

A Process consists of one or more activities.

You can combine activity types such as:

- Innovate
- Explore
- Prioritize
- Present

Activities can be added, moved, or changed as the work progresses.
