# Publish the recap

## Publish the recap when the results, text, and visibility settings are complete and ready to be shared with participants.

When the recap is complete, use **Publish recap** to make the content available to participants.

### Before publishing

Check that:

- The message to participants is complete
- The correct analyses are displayed
- The intended analysis sections are visible
- Participant statistics have the correct visibility setting
- All changes have been saved
- The content is clear and appropriate for the audience

### Publish the content

Select **Publish recap** when you are satisfied with the content.

Only publish when the recap is ready to be shared as a complete participant experience.

### Why participant recap matters

A recap can show participants:

- What the collected material reveals
- Which insights were identified
- How their contributions were used
- What may happen next

### After publishing

Review the published participant experience and confirm that the content is displayed as intended.

**Tip:**  
End the overall message by explaining what happens after the recap. This creates a clearer connection between participant contributions and the continuation of the process.
