# Publish and share a Present page in Vocean

## When your Present page is ready, you can share it with participants, leaders, or other stakeholders.

Before publishing the page, we recommend reviewing the content from the recipient’s perspective.

### Preview the page

Use the same link that participants will use to see how the content is presented.

Review the complete page and make sure that the content, layout, and card settings create a clear experience for the intended audience.

### Check visibility

Make sure that:

- The correct people have access
- Sensitive content is not visible to the wrong audience
- All cards have the correct visibility and permission settings

### Publish the page

When the page is ready, select the Present activity in the participant links that should provide access to it.

The page will then become available to the audiences connected to those links.

### Tip

Always review the page through the relevant participant link before sharing it. This helps you confirm that the correct content is visible to the intended audience.
