# Edit an Explore activity

## You can easily update the questions, title, and description before participants begin submitting responses.

It is common to make adjustments after creating an activity.

In Explore, you can edit:

- The title
- The description
- The questions
- The order of the questions

*You can make these changes **as long as no responses have been submitted.***

### When is the activity locked?

The questions are locked as soon as the first response is registered. This ensures that all participants respond to the same set of questions.

### Our tip

Review all questions one final time before publishing the activity. This reduces the need for later changes and creates a better experience for participants.
