Roles and permissions
Assign roles to control which features and areas different members can access in Vocean.
Not all members need to have the same permissions.
In the member list, you can see which role each person has.
Common roles
Leader
Can create and manage activities, follow results, and manage processes.
Participant
Can take part in activities and processes they have access to.
Administrator
Can manage member and account settings.
Licenses and access
Depending on your subscription, different types of licenses and permissions may be available.
People with a basic license cannot create new processes or activities, but they can facilitate existing ones and thereby help share the workload of the leader role. Creating new processes and activities requires a premium license.
Managing members in the platform requires administrator-level permissions. These people can also see an overview of how licenses and permissions are distributed under Members in the platform's main menu.
Tip:
Only give administrator access to people who need to manage member and account settings.
