# How to use Ask Vocean

## Ask questions directly to Vocean AI and receive analyses, summaries, and suggestions based on participant contributions.

Ask Vocean is available in Innovate activities and can be used at any time during the Process.

### Open Ask Vocean

You can access the feature in two ways:

1. From the quick-access menu at the top of the activity
2. From the AI menu in Vocean Copilot

After opening Ask Vocean, enter the question or instruction you want the AI to work with.

### Examples of questions

You can ask:

- Which needs recur most frequently in the contributions?
- Which themes can be identified in the responses?
- Are there any conflicting or differing participant perspectives?
- Which ideas appear to generate the most engagement?
- Which next steps do you recommend based on the results?

### Explore different perspectives

The same material can be analyzed in many different ways.

If the answer does not fully address your question, try rephrasing the question or asking follow-up questions. You can also approach the material from another perspective to uncover additional insights.

### Tip

Start with a broad question to understand the overall material. Then use more specific follow-up questions to explore individual themes, needs, or perspectives in greater detail.
