# Create an invitation link

## Create a reusable invitation link that makes it easy to invite new members to Vocean.

 You create new invitation links via **Members** in the side menu, under the **Invitation links** tab. 

### **How to do it**

1. Click Create invitation link
2. Enter a name for the link
3. Select groups (optional)
4. Select activities (optional)
5. Click Save

The link is then generated and can be shared with others. 

### **Name links clearly**

Use names that make the purpose easy to understand.

**Examples:**

- Marketing team
- New employees
- Project group
- Workshop participants

### **Tip:**

 Use different links for different target groups to simplify administration.
