# Create and manage links

## Create links that give participants access to the right activities at the right step of the process.

In Vocean, you create and manage participant links either from the process side menu or via **Participants → Via links**. The links control which activities different target groups have access to.

There are two ways to access links in Vocean:

### How do you create a link from the process?

In the process side menu, click **+** to create a new link.

### How do you create a link from the participant menu?

You can also go to:

**Participants → Via links**

Here you can create and manage all your participant links.

### How do you customize which activities participants see?

Once the link is created, you can decide which activities participants should have access to.

You do this via the menu on each link.

You have full control over:

- Which activities are shown
- Whether the entire process should be visible
- Which participants have access to which activities

**Tip:**  
Different links can give access to different parts of the same process. This makes it easy to tailor the content for different target groups.
