# Visibility and permissions

## Decide who should be able to view the content on your Present page.

You can control visibility at both page and card level.

### Visible to participants

Use this setting when the content should be shared with everyone participating in the Process.

### Visible to leaders only

Use this setting when the content contains:

- Working material
- Preliminary analyses
- Internal comments

### How to check visibility

Each card displays an eye icon indicating whether the content is visible to participants or only to leaders.

### Tip

Always check the visibility and permissions before sharing the page externally.
