Search, sort, and browse contributions
Use search, sorting, and page navigation to quickly find the right content when an activity contains many contributions.
When many contributions have been submitted, you can use the tools above and within the table to find the material you need.
Search for contributions
Use the Search contributions field to search the collected material.
The search helps you find contributions containing a particular word or phrase.
Sort columns
Columns with a sorting icon can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
You can, for example, sort by:
- Values in a contribution field
- The date and time contributions were created
- Number of likes
The available sorting options depend on which columns are displayed.
Browse between pages
If all contributions cannot be displayed on one page, the table is divided into multiple pages.
Use the arrows above the table to move to the previous or next page. The page indicator shows your current page and the total number of pages.
Choose which contribution view is displayed
A dropdown above the table may allow you to choose which set of contributions to display.
This is useful when the activity contains several steps or sections where contributions have been collected.
Tip:
Combine search and sorting to find relevant contributions more quickly, such as contributions containing a particular keyword or receiving the most likes.
