By adding your logo and colors, you create a more recognizable and professional experience for both administrators and participants. Under **Settings**, you'll also find the **Theme** section. Here you can customize how Vocean is displayed to users by adding the organization's brand identity. With the theme settings, you can adapt Vocean's look to match your organization's brand identity – creating a cohesive digital experience for all users and participants. --- **Add the organization's logo** You can upload the organization's logo to use it in Vocean. The logo is shown to participants when they open an activity. Recommended file formats are PNG or SVG with a maximum size of 2 MB. The logo helps to: - Strengthen the organization's identity - Create recognition for participants - Give a more professional impression - Create a more consistent user experience --- **Customize the colors** In the theme settings, you can specify three colors used in the platform's appearance: **Primary color** The main color used in the interface and to highlight important elements. **Secondary color** A complementary color used for variation and balance in the design. **Shadow color** Used for visual effects, contrast, and depth in the interface. --- **Create a more brand-aligned experience** Once the logo and colors are in place, participants and users get an experience that more clearly reflects the organization's identity. This can be especially valuable when you use Vocean for: - Employee dialogues - Workshops - Innovation processes - Citizen dialogues - Customer surveys A visual connection to the organization can contribute to greater recognition and trust among participants. --- **Why are theme settings important?** The theme settings in Vocean are important because they make it possible to adapt the platform's appearance to your organization's brand identity, creating a more cohesive and recognizable experience for all users and participants. The benefits include: - A stronger visual identity - Greater recognition for users - More professional activities and processes - A consistent experience across different digital channels By customizing the theme, Vocean becomes a more natural extension of the organization's brand and communication. --- **Tip:** If your organization has a brand identity, we recommend using the same logo, colors, and visual expression in Vocean. This creates a more consistent experience and strengthens recognition for participants.
