# What are participant links in Vocean?

## Participant links make it easy to invite people to activities and processes in Vocean. With a link, QR code, or participant code, participants can get started quickly without having to create an account.

Participants can take part in activities and processes in Vocean via a link, a QR code, or a six-digit participant code. As a leader, you can invite participants in several different ways – and all options lead to the same activity or process.

Participants can get access via:

- Link
- QR code
- Six-digit participant code

All these options take the participant to the same activity or process, regardless of whether they click a link, scan a QR code, or enter a participant code.

If the participant is a member of the same space (account) as you, the activity can also be available directly via their user account.

 

**When are participant links used?**

 

Participant links are a good fit when you want to:

- Invite participants to activities
- Share processes with larger groups
- Publish activities in presentations or mailings
- Make it easy to join via mobile phone

### Tip

For most use cases, a regular participant link is the quickest and easiest option.
