# What is the Contributions tab?

## The Contributions tab gives you a complete overview of the content submitted by participants. Here, you can search, sort, review, and continue working with contributions from the activity.

The **Contributions** tab collects the contributions submitted through the activity flow.

At the top of the page, you can see a summary of the activity, including:

- The total number of contributions
- The activity period

The contributions are displayed in a table below the summary. Each row represents one contribution and may include both the participant’s content and additional information collected or generated during the activity.

### Which information can be displayed?

The available columns depend on how the activity flow and contribution fields have been configured.

The table can, for example, display:

- Contribution content
- Keywords
- Values from different contribution fields
- The date and time the contribution was created
- Number of likes

You can choose which of the available columns should be displayed.

### What can I do in the Contributions tab?

You can use the tab to:

- Search for contributions
- Sort the content
- Choose which columns are displayed
- Open and review individual contributions
- Edit or delete contributions
- Export contributions to Excel
- Copy the content

If the activity contains several sets of contributions, use the dropdown above the table to choose which contribution view you want to work with.

**Tip:**  
Customize the columns based on the analysis you are performing. This creates a clearer overview and helps you focus on relevant information.
