# What can I do with the Next steps tab?

## The Next steps tab helps you turn the activity’s analyses and insights into continued work. Download documents, manage AI-suggested flows, and create new activities based on the results.

The **Next steps** tab brings together the functions that help you continue working with the activity’s results.

The tab is divided into two main areas:

- **General actions**
- **Next steps in Vocean**

### General actions

Under General actions, you can:

- Download the full report
- Download the participant recap

The documents can be used for continued analysis, documentation, or sharing outside Vocean.

### Next steps in Vocean

The Next steps in Vocean section collects flows suggested with the help of Vocean AI.

This section includes:

- Flows you chose to create from an analysis
- Flow suggestions saved as drafts
- New flow suggestions generated directly from the Next steps tab

### From insight to action

The tab creates a connection between analysis and continued work. You can take the results outside Vocean by downloading documents or continue working in the platform by creating new flows.

**Tip:**  
Start by deciding which insights need to be turned into action. Then use the reports or flow suggestions based on how the work should continue.
