This helps the AI produce analyses and responses that reflect the current context. AI context can be added at several levels in Vocean: - Account level - Process level - Activity level The appropriate level depends on how broadly the information should be used. ### Account level Use account-level context for information that applies to the entire organization. Examples include: - Organizational description - Overall strategy - Shared policies - Tone of voice and communication guidelines ### Process level Use Process-level context for information that is relevant to all activities or flows within a specific Process. Examples include: - Background to the Process - Project objectives - Shared procedures - Governing documents that apply to the entire Process ### Activity level Use activity-level context when the information is only relevant to a specific activity or question. Examples include: - A procedure that responses in an Innovate activity should be compared with - Question-specific background material - A document that only applies to one part of the Process   ### Add AI context at Process level 1. Open the Process 2. Select **Activity** 3. Select **Settings** 4. Find **AI information** 5. Add a description 6. Upload a document if needed ### Add AI context to an Innovate activity 1. Open the Innovate activity 2. Select **Activity** 3. Select **Settings** 4. Select **Show more** 5. Find **AI information** 6. Add your text and upload relevant documents ### What should the description include? Explain: - What the Process or activity is about - Who the participants are - How the responses will be used - Which objectives, procedures, or guidelines are relevant - What the AI should pay particular attention to ### Example: Use a procedure as analysis material If participant responses should be analyzed in relation to an existing procedure, you could add the following instruction: > The attached document describes the expected procedure. Analyze the participant responses in relation to this procedure. Identify areas where the procedure is followed, possible deviations, and areas where the procedure may need to be clarified or improved. Then upload the procedure below the description field. ### Process level or activity level? Use **Process level** when the document applies to several activities within the same Process. Use **activity level** when the document only applies to a particular activity, question, or analysis. ### Tip Use the most specific relevant level.
