Customize text and participant statistics
Add your own text to the recap and choose whether participant statistics should be displayed with the results.
The recap can include supporting text that helps participants understand the results and their context.
Message to participants
Use the General result section to write an overall message.
The message can include:
- A thank-you for participating
- A brief summary
- Information about how contributions were analyzed
- What the organization will do next
- How the results will be used
Text for participants
Each analysis card can include its own text for participants.
Use the text field to:
- Introduce the analysis
- Explain what the result shows
- Place the result in context
- Highlight what participants should pay particular attention to
The text should complement the analysis rather than repeat it.
Participant statistics
The General result section includes a setting for participant statistics.
Use the visibility control to decide whether the statistics should be included in the recap.
Write for the audience
Use language that is appropriate for the participants. Avoid internal terminology unless it is explained.
Tip:
Write a short introduction for each analysis. Help participants understand why the result is being shown and how it relates to the purpose of the activity.
