Customize the displayed columns under Contributions tab
Choose which columns should appear in the contributions table and customize the overview based on the information you want to review.
The contributions table can contain several types of information. Use the column selector to decide which columns should be visible.
Open the column selector
Select the Columns button above the table.
The button also shows how many of the available columns are currently enabled.
Show or hide a column
The menu displays all available columns.
Select or clear a column to show or hide it in the table.
Columns can, for example, contain:
- Contribution content
- Keywords
- Collected values and properties
- The date and time the contribution was created
- Number of likes
The available columns depend on how the contributions and flow have been configured.
Customize the view for your task
You can, for example:
- Display text and keywords when performing content analysis
- Display numerical values when comparing contributions
- Display creation dates to follow when contributions were submitted
- Display likes to identify contributions that received support
Tip:
Hide columns that are not needed for the current task. A focused table is easier to read, compare, and export.
