Use categories for smarter analyses
Combine categories and selected contributions to analyze specific parts of an activity.
If you use categories in an Innovate activity, you can ask Vocean AI to analyze one category at a time.
This helps you focus the analysis on a specific topic or area instead of including every contribution in the activity.
How to analyze a category
- Open the list of all contributions
- Filter the contributions by the category you want to analyze
- Select the contributions in the category
- Open Ask Vocean
- Enable Include selected contributions only
- Enter your question or instruction for Vocean AI
Vocean AI will then base the analysis on the selected contributions.

Your activity contains the following categories:
- Communication
- Collaboration
- Digitalization
- Accessibility
You can analyze each category separately and compare the results to identify differences, shared themes, or potential actions.
