Participant codes
Participant codes make it possible to join activities without using a direct link.
What is a participant code?
Each link can also be shared as a six-digit participant code.
The participant enters the code at:
app.vocean.com/join
How do you activate a participant code?
Participant codes are not activated by default. Before they can be used, you need to:
- Click Code
- Select Activate
Once the code is activated, participants can use it to join the activity.
When are participant codes a good fit?
Participant codes are especially useful for:
- In-person workshops
- Training sessions
- Conferences
- Events
