Manage participants
Invite participants, preview the participant experience, and communicate with people taking part in the process.
Under the Participants tab in the top menu, you'll find tools for managing everyone taking part in the activity.
Preview the experience
You can see exactly how the activity will appear to participants before you send it out.
Invite participants
If the participants have a Vocean account in the same space as you, you can invite them directly.
Manage links
Under the Via links tab, you'll reach link management, where you can:
- Create participant links
- Create result links
- Manage QR codes
- Control access to activities
Send messages
You can also communicate with participants who follow the activity.
Tip:
Always use the preview before sharing an activity to make sure everything looks right.
