Manage suggested flows
Collect and manage flows that have been created or saved as drafts based on the activity’s analyses.
The Next steps in Vocean section collects the flow suggestions you have chosen to develop further.
Suggestions can originate from a specific analysis section or be generated directly from the Next steps tab.
Which flows are displayed?
The section collects:
- Flows created from analyses
- Flow suggestions saved as drafts
- New suggestions generated from the Next steps tab
This gives you a shared overview of possible ways to continue the work.
Created flows
A created flow has been taken from a suggestion and turned into a new activity in Vocean.
The flow can then be reviewed and adapted based on its purpose, participants, and intended result.
Saved drafts
A draft is a flow suggestion saved for later editing.
Drafts are useful when you want to:
- Keep an interesting suggestion
- Compare several possible directions
- Edit the content before creating a flow
- Discuss the suggestion with others
Review before continuing
Check that the flow’s:
- Purpose is clear
- Title and description are relevant
- Steps follow a logical order
- Instructions are suitable for participants
- Questions and ratings support the continued work
Tip:
Use drafts when you want to retain several possible directions without creating every flow immediately.
