Manage leaders in a Process
Invite colleagues as leaders to collaborate on activities, results, and follow-up.
You can add more leaders through the Process settings.
This allows several colleagues to work together in the same Process.
What can leaders do?
Leaders can, for example:
- Create activities
- Monitor results
- Manage participants
- Work with AI features
- Create reports and presentations
When is it useful to have multiple leaders?
Adding several leaders is particularly useful when:
- A project is managed by several people
- A working group is responsible for the Process
- Different people are responsible for different parts of the Process
Tip
Add leaders early so the entire project team can follow the development of the Process from the beginning.
