Add context and documents to the Workflow knowledge base
Use the Process knowledge base to add context and documents that can be used as a basis for analyses.
The overview includes a Knowledge base section.
Here, you can add information that provides the analyses with additional context and supporting material.
Describe the Workflow
Use the text field to describe the Workflow and add other important context.
You can, for example, describe:
- The background of the Process
- The purpose of the work
- The target audience
- Important objectives or limitations
- Terms that are important for the analysis
Upload documents
Drag and drop files into the upload area or select the area to choose documents.
Uploaded documents are used as supporting material for analyses.
Storage usage
The bottom of the section shows how much of the available storage is currently being used.
Choose relevant material
Add material that supports an understanding of the Process context.
Avoid documents that are unrelated to the current Process. A focused knowledge base provides a clearer basis for analysis.
Tip
Include information that may not be visible in the participant contributions, such as organizational objectives, important limitations, or how the results will be used.
