Let AI seuggest the next step
Use the AI suggestion to get support in choosing and adding the next step in your flow.
The menu for adding new steps includes the option Let AI suggest.
In the prototype, this feature is described as a way to let AI add the next step for you.
When can the AI suggestion be useful?
This option can be useful when you:
- Are unsure which step should come next
- Want support when building the flow structure
- Want to explore an alternative to selecting the step manually
Review the suggested step
After AI has suggested a step, check that it supports the purpose of the activity and the task participants should complete.
Review:
- The step title
- The description
- The selected data source, where relevant
- Other available settings
Tip:
Use the AI suggestion as support when building the flow. Always ensure that the suggested step fits the participant journey you want to create.
