Select contributions for further work
Use selection mode to choose which ideas or responses should be taken forward to the next stage of the Process.
In both Innovate and Explore, you can select contributions that you want to continue working with.
Activate selection mode
- Open a contribution card
- Open the menu
- Activate Selection mode
You can now select several contributions at the same time.
What can I do with selected contributions?
Selected contributions can be:
- Copied to another activity
- Moved forward in the Process
- Imported into a Prioritize activity
- Used as the basis for new activities
Example workflow
A common workflow is to:
- Conduct an Innovate activity
- Identify the most appreciated ideas
- Select the ideas
- Import them into a Prioritize activity
- Let the group prioritize which ideas should be taken forward
Tip
Selection mode creates a clear connection between collection, analysis, and prioritization. This makes it easier to move from ideas to decisions.
