The Workflow overview

The Workflow overview provides a combined view of the flows, participant links, and knowledge base within a Process. It helps you monitor activity and access key functions.

When you open a Workflow, the Overview tab displays the most important information and functions in one place.

The overview contains three main sections:

  • Flows in the Process
  • Participants via links
  • Knowledge base

Flows in the Workflow

The Flows in the Process section displays the flows included in the Workflow.

For each flow, you can see:

  • The flow name
  • Number of participants
  • Number of interactions
  • Current flow status

A flow can, for example, be displayed as Active or No contributions.

Select a flow to open it and continue working with its content, contributions, analyses, and recap.

Participants via links

The Participants via links section displays the links that provide access to one or more flows.

For each link, you can see information such as:

  • How many participants have used the link
  • How many flows the link provides access to
  • Whether a QR code is available

From this section, you can create new participant links and manage existing ones.

Knowledge base

The Knowledge base allows you to add context and documents that can be used as a basis for analyses.

Here, you can:

  • Describe the Process and add other important context
  • Upload relevant documents
  • Review the amount of storage currently used

Process title and description

The Process title and description are displayed at the top of the page.

Use the edit icon beside the title when the Process information needs to be updated.

Settings and participants

The top of the page also includes shortcuts to:

  • Settings
  • Participants

These provide access to the overall Process settings and participant management.

Tip:
Use the Process overview as your starting point when checking flow status, managing participant access, or updating the material used for analysis.
