Collect contributions in Flow
Use the Collect step when participants should submit their own ideas, opinions, suggestions, or other information.
Collect is the step where new content is collected from participants.
You can configure the step with a title, description, and one or more contribution fields. You can also control how many contributions each participant is allowed or required to submit.
Enter a title and description
Use the title to explain what participants should do.
Examples:
- Share your suggestion
- Describe an important need
- What opportunities do you see?
- Submit your idea
Use the description to explain what type of contribution you are looking for and how the contributions will be used.
Set the number of contributions
Under Number of contributions per participant, you can define a minimum and maximum number.
This allows you to specify whether participants should:
- Submit at least one contribution
- Be allowed to submit several contributions
- Be allowed to submit an unlimited number of contributions
Build the contribution with fields
Under Contribution fields, you decide what information participants need to provide.
You can add several fields and mark selected fields as required.
Select participant feedback
You can also choose what participants will see immediately after submitting a contribution.
The options displayed in the prototype are:
- Word cloud
- AI summary
- Latest contributions
Tip:
Only request information that is needed for the next stage or the analysis. Too many fields can make contributing feel unnecessarily demanding.
