Create a new Flow from an analysis
Use an analysis section as the basis for new flow suggestions and move from identified insights to concrete activities.
Use the menu for an analysis section and select Suggest flow.
Vocean AI then reads the selected report section and presents activity suggestions based on the content of that section.
Open next-step suggestions
- Open the menu for the analysis section you want to develop further
- Select Suggest flow
- Review the suggestions in the Next-step suggestions view
- Open a suggestion to review its description and proposed steps
Review the suggested flow
A suggestion can contain:
- A name for the suggested flow
- A description of its purpose
- A sequence of suggested steps
- Steps such as Instruction, Create contributions, or Rate
Check that the suggestion supports the process objectives and is suitable for the participants.
Save as draft
Select Draft if you want to save the suggestion for later editing.
Create the flow
Select Create if you want to create the suggested flow immediately.
Multiple suggestions
AI can present several suggestions based on the same analysis section. Open and review each suggestion before deciding which option to use.
The suggestions remain available in the view while the dialog is open.

Treat the suggestions as support for your continued work. Always review titles, instructions, questions, and proposed steps before using a flow with participants.
